Talk: Rising housing prices and retirement (Apr 2023)
In this event, we addressed the issue of rising housing prices and their impact on mortgage repayments, which consequently reduces our CPF Ordinary Accounts (CPF-OA).
Attendees gained insights into relying on their CPF Special Accounts (CPF-SA) to build their Retirement Accounts (CPF-RA) over time, with an illustration of estimating the amount needed for a comfortable retirement.
Corporate Lunch Talk: The Science of Sleep & Complimentary Spinal Scan (May 2026)
Conducted in partnership with TLS Asia and Total Health Chiropractic, this lunchtime session brought together the G4S team for a buffet lunch and two practical wellness topics: the science of better sleep (including how to choose the right bedding) and a complimentary spinal scan where each team member received a personalised assessment of their spinal health.

This event reviewed how rising inflation rates of 4-5% would impact our CPF-SA savings for future retirement, given our current CPF interest rate is 4%.
